Lucy Paw Pelt is more like it! 

Lucy Paw Pelt is the feline embodiment of sass and class, with a purrsonality that rivals dear Lucy from Charlie Brown. She's the queen of her domain, ruling with velvet paws and a side-eye that will have you wondering if you just got told off by a cat. Lucy's not one for the kiddos or sharing her royal court with other pets, but give her some scritches (on her terms, of course), and she'll be your loyal companion. Just remember, like her cartoon counterpart, she calls the shots – pick her up, and you might just find yourself on the business end of a "good grief!"

This tuxedo charmer, with his dashing white moustache, is the embodiment of the Monopoly man himself—minus the top hat and monocle, but trust us, he's got plenty of cattitude.

Milburn is the kind of cat who takes his time around the board, never in a rush to get to Park Place. He's a reserved gentleman, preferring the quiet corners of his own Mediterranean Avenue to the rambunctious railroads. While other cats may be bargaining for attention, Milburn is content to collect $200 worth of love at his own pace.

Milburn appreciates a good hidey hole like a true real estate mogul admires a hotel on Boardwalk. He's not one for energetic play, instead, he's all about those gentle scritches and peace and quiet. He's looking for a low-key companion who knows that sometimes the best move is to just pass 'Go' and enjoy the quiet moments at home.

Mr Pennybags co exists fine with other cats so long as they respect his calm demeanour. 

Milburn could be the tycoon of your heart. Just remember, with this dapper dude, it's always a luxury tax of love.

Like its mythological namesake, Pluto beckons us to explore the depths of transformation. Pluto is an elderly lady now so has already had a life full of experiences. She has a lot to teach us, including you never know what life is going to throw at you! She is ready to start another chapter in her life, and looking for a family who is going to join her for it! Pluto's influence is intense, life-altering, and profound. The planetary sign is perfect for this feline! She’s a wonderful cat and very affectionate. She wants nothing but love from her humans and will meow at you for attention! She’s lived with another cat before and even a bird! Once she’s in her new home, she will get accustomed to everything and everyone quickly! We’re excited for our sweet Pluto to find her new journey in life.

Sparks is a petite kitty who was a young mom to 3 beautiful boys. She raised her babies wonderfully and is now on her own looking for the perfect place to call home. Since she is still young herself, Sparks has a lot of  kitten-like energy and loves to play! Her favorite place to curl up and snooze is at the foot of the bed or in the window when the sun is shining. Sparks loves her foster cat siblings and is great with small kids. She would make a great addition to any loving family.

You might recognize Leeum if you’ve come to visit the facility. He has been our mascot here and is great at helping out with our work! And by helping we mean laying on top of the keyboards and opening up bags of donations! He certainly has claimed this place as his own! Though he’s finally ready to find his forever home and move out of the facility. He is a very adamant cat and can be demanding with what he wants! He loves attention, he won’t stop to think and ask first. He waltzes right up to you purring and pressing his face against you, and will even plop down on top of whatever you are trying to do! When it’s cuddle time, it’s cuddle time and there’s no saying no to him! A lot of people are curious about his ears and ask if he’s had frostbite. But actually it’s due to chronic ear infections which has resulted in what we call “cauliflower” ears. He’s had surgery done on both his ears trying to remove excess cartilage and scar tissue.  Since being on a special hydrolyzed diet and getting once weekly ear cleanings with a special cleanser Leeums ears have been great with no infection present! Leeum also needed an extensive dental resulting in some teeth removal though that hasn’t restricted his eating habits! He also has cataracts in both eyes and nystagmus which causes his eyes to shake. It’s most noticeable in situations causing him stress. He’s had a lot going with him, but he has done great with all the treatments given to him, and he is spry as ever! With all the time he has spent being our lobby cat we know for sure he is a people lover. He wants to greet everybody and demand love on all of them! He has been selective with cats he’s been introduced to and sometimes unsure with dogs, but he is good at communicating to animals and telling them what he likes and doesn’t like! So as long as other animals respect his boundaries he should do fairly well anyone! Feel free to drop by and meet Leeum so you can feel his affect on you in person! He’s an unforgettable and special cat.

Yatzhee is a shy little kitten with big dreams of finding her forever home. She longs for a warm and loving family to call her own. Despite her timid nature, Yatzhee has a heart full of love and affection waiting to be shared with those who are patient and kind. She needs a family who is willing to let her come around in her own time. Yatzhee enjoys playtime with her siblings and she lived with dogs in her foster home. She may play hard to get, but once you win her over, Yatzhee will be the best companion you could ask for.

Yo!! Meet Froyo, the cutie with a swirl of sweetness and a sprinkle of sass! This cool mama has the energy of a playful kitten, always ready to lovingly greet her humans! She's not just any ordinary cat; she has a heart of gold 💛 When an orphaned kitten needed a mommy, Froyo scooped her up and turned her into the cutest lil frozen treat, raising her as her very own.

Fun fact! If you’re lucky, you might catch her doing her signature twisty dance move, a little performance to impress and engage with kind humans!

Froyo plays well with other furry feline friends and would be an ideal addition to any family!

Meet Zeke! Our big ol' tabby cat who is big into drinking water with his generous sized paws and boop-ing you with his large noggin when we wants your attention.

Zeke would love a home with adults or teenagers, not only because he enjoys a more mellow atmosphere but also because this handsome man is known to give a nibble here and there! His nibbles are typically due to be overstimulated when there is too much overwhelming his personal bubble. A quirk that can be easily learned by his humans as he means no harm, just his way of sitting his boundaries. 

Zeke definitely likes to be in the presence of people and to get scritches but he does appreciate his own space too so he is a good balance of affectionate and independent. He loves places to hide out for his security as he gets to know new environments and continue to use these spots as comfort zones.

Zeke does okay in the presence of other cats and tends to do so in a coexisting type of manner. He prefers a relax environment; lots of noise and busy bee-ing isn’t our guys cup of tea. If you have a quieter, chill home with windows to perch on and cozy spots to curl up in, Zeke would be an ideal cat companion!
